In September 2018, with funding from MacArthur Foundation, the Savannah Centre commenced the Leadership Effectiveness and Accountability Dialogue (LEAD): A project conceived to enhance the knowledge and capacities of political parties, candidates and ultimately non-state actors, and instil in them the absolute necessity to be accountable for all their actions on behalf of the Nigerian states.
